
Sound Massage
This is an individual experience. Singing bowls are placed on various spots on the body and played gently.
The meditative sound and the vibration from the singing bowls helps to relax and recharge both body, and mind.
The experience includes a small talk at the beginning and a feedback talk afterwards with some tea.
Recommendations
Don’t eat a big meal before the massage - your guts need to relax as well. Best is to eat a light meal an hour or two before the session, so your belly is not busy digesting but also is not complaining being empty! :)
If possible - avoid rings and bracelets. We might put the bowls on your hands as well, so any jewellery might pull you out of your meditative state before it is needed.
Wear comfortable clothing - we advice to avoid shirts, belts and everything that has hard materials. During this experience the singing bowls will be placed on your body, so you want to feel the vibration instead of some buzzing caused by the vibrating metal touching a shirt button or belt.
