Sound-based sessions use deep, resonant tones from singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments to support deep rest and mental quiet. Breathwork sessions focus on simple, accessible breathing practices that help regulate stress and improve focus. Gentle yoga sessions emphasize slow movement, mobility, and release of tension, especially suited to desk-based work and long periods of sitting.
