Music was the first thing that taught me how sound and stillness affect the body. I grew up around the piano, learning from my grandmother and mother, and later studied in conservatories in Taiwan and the Netherlands. For years I lived as a pianist, composer, and teacher.

Along the way I became more interested in something bigger than performance — how sound, breath, and movement actually help people feel better, think clearer, and stay grounded. That question is what led me here.

I started this studio to build a space for that: a place where people come not just to stretch or sweat, but to reconnect with themselves. I'm not on the mat teaching — my work is building the space, the team, and the experience so that connection can happen for everyone who walks through the door.

My path began at six, when my parents put an accordion in my hands. That early curiosity grew into years of real musical life — bass, production, electronic music, collaborations with musicians across many countries. Music taught me early on how sound moves through people, how it can shift a room and shift a mood.

Alongside that, I'd always been drawn inward. Meditation found me as a teenager, and in 2017 I spent time in a monastery in Nepal — an experience that changed how I understood presence and stillness. Several Vipassana retreats followed, and eventually I became a certified yoga teacher, bringing together everything I'd learned about the body, breath, and sound.

That combination is what I bring to class now — yoga grounded in real training, often connected with sound, because I've seen how much music can deepen a practice when it's used with intention.
